Eating and Being Eaten

You probably have heard about this before. Cats that end up as a meal in Asia. Even though they love cats because of their beautify in the far east. Some cultures think they look prettier as food. This is probably because there were times when there was no food, and people used to eat cats and dogs. This might explain all this.

Yet, cats (and dogs) may still end up like food these days.

The cat is a member of the family or respected as a hunter, but in the south of China, Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines there are millions of cats each year that end up on someone’s plate. In Korea they believe that the bouillon made of cats heals elderly women.  And because there are now older women, they want more cat-bouillon(or extract?). In japan it was – and still is forbidden to eat to mammals. So cats and dogs never ended up as dinner.

Creepy, right?
